Human Resource Manager

The HR Manager of the VN Office will report directly to the General Director of the Ansarada Vietnam entity and receive coaching by the Senior HRBP Manager from Sydney.


Talent acquisition: 

  • Implement a full-cycle process (clarifying, sourcing, pre-qualifying, testing, interviewing, offering) that aligns with Ansarada standards
  • Work with hiring managers (in HCMC & Sydney) and talent acquisition team in head office (Sydney) obtaining talent for the growth of the business
  • Create strong talent pipelines for current and future growth needs
  • Develop social engagements and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires
  • Provide necessary support to the Communications Team in employer branding programs
  • Participate in bi-monthly tech-meet-up events hosted at the Ansarada VN Office
  • Propose initiatives and strategies for the talent acquisition area 

Talent development:

  • Ensure the effectiveness of the onboarding process for new employees
  • Provide necessary guidance for employees and managers on their quarterly and annual reviews, which include goal setting, giving feedback and coaching.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of English competency development programs for non-native speakers 
  • Partner with Leadership team to help managers be successful: leadership training program, manager effectiveness survey, and action, career conversation, equip the manager with all the necessary skills needed to be successful at their role
  • Foster learning activities        
  • Develop and provide necessary support for the Internship & Fast-track programs
  • Coordinate promotion reviews

Talent engagement:

  • Implement Ansarada Culture-amp for VN Office, provide necessary guidance and share necessary reports for employees and managers, follow up post-survey actions
  • Propose and implement programs enhancing the engagement of VN team.

HR global project:

  • Collaborate with other offices to roll out global HR projects


  • Develop HR-related policies when/where necessary
  • Coordinate the annual position and salary review
  • Provide remuneration data updates to the Finance team in the Vietnam office on a monthly basis

Administration & Compliance:

  • Collect legal documents submitted by new employees
  • Manage employee labor contracts and addendum
  • Revisit the collective labor agreement every 3 years
  • Manage the private insurance program for employees and their family members
  • Liaise with local authorities and agencies in getting visa/work-permit/residence-card for expats and their family or their partner
  • Submit the labor report to the Labor Department semi-annually
  • Follow up the off-boarding process


  • 5+ years of relevant experience in MNCs, especially for talent acquisition, development and engagement.
  • Excellent English communication
  • A passion for helping people to be better in their career and performance 
  • An open mind
