What will be your role?
As a Content Expert you ‘create content’ along with your internal and external customers.
You analyze. You research your topics. You dive into the masses of information available to extract the most promising and original concepts. You continuously improve by capturing & analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights & best practices & acting on the information. You collaborate with customer journey experts and brainstorm content ideas with colleagues.
You write. You liaise with your internal and external customers. Writing well means you understand your customer’s situation and challenges. You’ll do all sorts of short copy (blogs, social media updates, web copy, video scripts, interviews…) and are able to coordinate the production of long copy (long reads, e-books, books…).
You are a digital techy. You have experience with CMS, google analytics and different formats (slideshare, infographics, blogposts, etc) and touch points.
You manage your projects. Researching, Writing, Liaising, Coordinating… Doing all this for multiple customers means you are an agile juggler.

As a marketing communications content creator, you will also need:
You have a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree with focus on marketing communications;
You have 3 to 5 years’ experience in an area that somehow relates to this job: Could be as a communications specialist in a consultancy firm or communications agency or as a copywriter perhaps;
You are fluent in Dutch and French. You are used to work in an environment where English is the business language;
You are an effective writer (for short copy) and able to create compelling content. Editorial requirements include basic SEO understanding, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement.
You are constantly driven by digital enthusiasm. You must understand the best practices of the main social media channels with their content approaches and re-purposing methods.
You have a strong dynamic and driven personality, ready to make a difference
