What will be your role?

As a Digital Analyst, you will participate in a large number of projects and you'll experience autonomy and responsibility in your job. Your role will consist of collecting and interpreting internal and external data about customer behaviour via the digital platforms (Web and mobile) and their digital transactions.
Continuously analyse the evolution of the digital platforms and the impact of digital on business (Retail, Online) and translate this insight into actionable recommendations in order to coordinate the business needs around data and to improve the digital and marketing strategy by helping to formulate the ideal marketing mix to the client and optimize campaigns.
You will be a key player in digital optimisation and apply your analytical expertise. You will cooperate with a team of digital experts (technical, development, analysts, UX, etc.) and have various responsibilities, including: In other words, you will

  • Make the available data insightful & deliver results
    • Set up automated dashboards and reporting in Adobe Analytics
    • Analyze user behaviour and perform deep dives on specific online/mobile flows
    • Look for patterns in user behaviour
  • Enrich quantitative analysis with qualitative information
  • Define business needs for new projects in terms of data gathering/reporting, giving actionable recommendations 
    Not only focusing on the what & why but also (and even more) on the what’s next
    Using analyses to discover actionable insights to feed improvement ideas
  • Generating input for AB Testing and optimization tracksEvolutions in the digital market

  Who are we looking for?

  • You have at least 3 years experince 
  • Armed with excellent analytical skills: you can deduce important issues from a large volume of figures
  • Experience with analyzing data and quantitative methods.
  • Experience with  Adobe Analytics
  • Experience with dashboarding & data vizualisation rendering it comprehensible for every type of audience.
  • Knowledge of A/B & MVT Testing
