The Commercial Director is accountable for the strategy and execution of all sales activities for PYCO GROUP APAC.
The Commercial Director will lead the business development efforts that are consistent with the Group's continued aim for aggressive growth. We are looking for a real team player that is used to both set out a strategy as well as doing the groundwork himself.
Identify high potential clients in the APAC region (initial focus on Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Malaysia) who would be a good fit for Pycogroups' services ( Web & Mobile development - staffing - BOT)
Personally reach out to leadership within those organization and set up physical meetings to present our services.
Follow up on a regular basis with all prospects and continuously engage with existing and new contacts within those organizations to maximize our chances to submit offers or participate in their RFP's.
Lead our RFP's (in close collaboration with our with our COO and CTO); collect the different pieces of information required to respond from different teams and individuals within Pycogroup and physically participate in writing and putting the together the RFP (securing consistent storytelling through an through).
Lead the presentation of the RFP's.
Farm high-value accounts and implement strategies to secure them on a longer-term.
Monitor and keep track of sales activity by analyzing the performance to secure profitability and ROI.
Constant focus on building healthy client pipeline and prioritize follow-up via smart prospection
High-level interactions with the Executives & C-levels, both internally and externally.
Be the accountable person from management in-terms of directing and leading the P&L. Set goals and adapt to strategies for achieving them from time to time and contribute directly to the revenue growth
Help the Group navigating into new areas and expand the global footprint.
KEY ATTRIBUTES, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Around ten years of experience in high-level sales/commercial roles coming from a digital/web agencies or Software development companies (preferably on CMS, Web, Mobile, etc.)
Solid experience in Global/APAC markets with heavy digital agency or development center background, who has pitched and won multimillion-dollar projects in web and mobile development
MBA or a Business-related degree is highly preferred for this role
Extensive experience in initiating, developing, negotiating, managing and delivering high-value subscription deals with multinational companies.
Tech-savvy or adherence to technologies to the extent of presenting/defining them at a basic to intermediate level.
Track record of achieving and/or contributing to meeting the revenue targets serving on commercial or Business development roles at a higher level with a diversified scope.
Experience of developing a robust pipeline of new client prospects from the first contact to spend.
Change management experience and advisory for adapting to the market trends
Native level English required. Excellent writing and presentation skills.
