The Proposal and Account Manager heavily involves client interaction to understand their business needs and lead the proposals working with a quotation team and closely with C-Levels when needed. The role plays an important role in qualifying prospects and making right suggestions to the internal quotation team and the Resource Manager.
Work along with the Prospection team to follow up on opened opportunities
Collect all elements of a proposal, deck creation and storytelling from the quotation team
Add value to the proposals while making them appealing for our customers.
Work along-side with the CTO and COO when the proposal requires it.
Come-up with various estimation and costing approaches for clients
Write and send directly some proposal to clients and follow up on those
Ensure a regular follow up with clients to increase the pipeline
Build accounts and efficiently manage P&L, in line with the business objectives
Check the invoice are correctly sent to the clients
KPI measurement and reporting of proposal performance is a key requirement.
Minimum 4 years of experience in similar kind of function
Strong commercial acumen and relentless approach with customers.
Tech consulting experience ideally from web/digital agency
Strong digital general knowledge with familiarity to web technologies
Ability to understand business requirements
Deck and proposal copy experience (hands-on)– MS Excel & Power point.
Native English level highly preferred
Excellent English skills – writing and presenting.
