PYCO Group is looking for a talented Senior Recruiter to be the part of our Recruitment team to address the growing demands. This role will be hired under the central Recruitment team and serve all business lines across the APAC (mainly Vietnam). Highly synergic role demanding a proactive and independent individual with well-rounded recruitment background.
Work together with Hiring Managers to understand the recruitment needs and propose suitable solutions with time-lines.
Work with other HR Department members to achieve both personal and team goals
Interact with stakeholders and external parties on job postings and search services
Act as a consultant to candidates, passionately sharing company’s values
Follow the whole internal recruitment process to fulfill the assignments (end-2-end): updating/customize job descriptions & requirements, posting, searching, approaching and consulting with candidates, screening, facilitating tests and interviews, collecting and providing feedback, and consulting with candidates in the offer phase
Maintain daily updates of recruitment systems and brainstorm with the team/Manager.
A minimum of 4 years’ experience in recruitment end-2-end (sourcing until on-boarding)
Work experience in executive search firms or high-tech companies (is a big plus)
Ability to communicate in English fluently (required)
