A talent yourself, your role is to recruit talents to grow and thrive within the PYCOGROUP; to not merely be a technical recruiter but also a consultant to both internal and external clients.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Provide full life-cycle recruiting
  • Perform job analysis, source passive/active candidates, determine and manage candidates' expectations
  • Identify candidates' skills based on technical job specifications
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
  • Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers/interviewers
  • Conduct/manage follow-up calls and coordinate all communication with candidates
  • Write complete and detailed job postings, ensuring an understanding of job duties, responsibilities and business requirements
  • Extend offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of management and within the compensation policy guidelines
  • Utilize candidate referrals from colleagues, friends and also from candidates themselves
  • Perform other duties as assignment from direct manager

 

WHAT YOU ARE GOOD AT

  • 3 - 5 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in IT software recruiting
  • Recruiting experience in executive search firms is considered a big plus
  • Fluency in English
  • Good communication, time management and negotiation skills
  • A positive can-do attitude
